Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. What's more, you can forward electronic mail messages from one email mailbox to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your email boxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail boxes against junk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and edit the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just select the mailbox account you want to forward emails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
